Building up to a Proper Pull-up

The pull-up is a great exercise for your upper back. The rhomboids, lats and biceps muscles are all used. However, it’s also a very difficult exercise to do for most people to jump right into. On top of this many people have trouble doing it properly. We take you through all the steps to do a pull-up properly, helping you avoid injuring yourself and gaining as much as possible from the exercise.
