Here are 3 reasons why shake diets don’t work:

It’s not sustainable

How many people can honestly go their whole lives drinking two shakes a day and eating a meal? Seriously.

You will never feel ‘full’

You may get calories and nutrients from shakes but liquid gets digested more quickly then food does meaning your stomach empties faster, leaving you feeling hungrier sooner.

Monotony

Where’s the variety, I’m pretty sure they kept innovating ice cream after Neapolitan because even once it’s all together at the end of the day it’s still vanilla, chocolate or strawberry.
