Making a Better Salad Dressing Choice

Let’s say you’re not much for lettuce, but mixed greens have you’re name all over them, they make up the base of your salad, then you toss (ha!) some tomato, cucumber, peppers, avocados, clementines, an apple and a handful of mixed seeds (because even salad eaters need to live on the edge sometimes). This makes up the brunt of the salad, but you know that adding dressing is where most the calories come from. So, what’s a good way to lessen the load?
