How to do Crunches Properly and Effectively

Crunches are a good exercise to target your abdominal muscles, however they are not an exercise we usually recommend people do. Most people do them in a way that not only doesn’t target your abs, but also puts you at risk of hurting your neck. In this video we show you how to do them properly so that if you do choose to do them you can at least do them effectively.
