How to Avoid Injury When You Exercise

Exercise, specifically strength training is an effective way to build bigger and stronger muscles. You could argue it’s the actual point of lifting weights, however I see a lot of people use incorrect form when they exercise this causes you to not train the right muscle (read less strong and smaller muscles and develop incorrect movement patterns (read increased chance of injury). In this video, we explain how to better tell if you’re doing an exercise properly, using the bent-over row as an example.
