The Humpty Dumpty, is an excellent exercise to strengthen your hip abductors and your glutes. This is really important because most people neglect to strengthen their hip abductors in regular fitness routines and strong hip abductors can help improve your balance, improve your agility when you change directions and decrease your chance of breaking your hip! It’s also a good alternative to the gorilla walk because it’s equally as challenging, but much easier to keep the correct form.
