The Gorilla Walk Exercise

Strong glutes are important and the Gorilla Walk Exercise is a really effective way to strengthen them however, when most people think of glute exercises they often go to glute bridges, hip thrusters, squats or lunges. These are all good exercises for your glutes, but if you have weak glute activation and under developed glutes (which most people do) then you may be wasting your time or worse putting yourself at risk of injury doing those more advanced exercises. This is where the Gorilla Walk Exercise comes in. It’s an easy to do basic glute exercise that can help get your glutes primed and firing so that when you do those other more advanced exercises your body can handle them and you can get the most glute development possible.
