Fortis Forma Account Deletion
Posted on March 28, 2024If you are unhappy with the Fortis Forma exercise prescription software by Fitness For Freedom and would like to have your account and all your personal information associated with it deleted, you can do so in the settings of the application or you can fill out this contact form with the email address that is associated with your account and allow us 48 hours to delete it, we will send you a confirmation email once it’s taken care of.
We will delete everything including your email address, password, exercise programs, exercise history,
address, phone number and date of birth.
