How to Make Hamstring Curls More Challenging

Most people tend to have overdeveloped quads and underdeveloped hamstrings, which is why leg curls are a great exercise to do, they really isolate your hamstrings. Not only are they incredibly effective, but all you need is a stability ball which means as long as you have a ball you can do them anywhere (no need to go to a gym or get weights). What’s more is that you can variate it in really obvious ways like by using only one leg or really subtle ways like we demonstrate in the video.
