Improve Your Driving Posture

If you drive for a living or have a long daily commute, chances are your posture is being negatively affected. Hunching over your wheel with your head forward over time can reset your muscle memory to this position.
Here’s a tip: Sit with your shoulders down and back against the back rest with your head a few inches from the head rest. Now adjust your mirrors so that you have an optimal view from this position. You’ll only be able to see out of your mirrors by holding good posture throughout your drive,
