Be chest proud and don’t hunch your shoulders. Lightly pushing out your chest helps you keep your shoulder blades down and back, a benchmark of good posture. Also, you’ll look better and more confident that way no matter what your chest looks like, believe me. Allowing your shoulders to hunch and roll forward can lead to a variety of movement problems and postural-related pain.
