Homemade and Slightly Healthier Nutella
Posted on March 11, 2018Okay, let’s be honest – Nutella’s not the healthiest food you could it, but it is delicious and who doesn’t like a chocolatey treat every once in a while? Which is why we recommend this homemade doozy, it’s sweetened with dates and has no added sugar! The best part is all you have to do is throw all the ingredients in a food processor hit the go button and wait for a few minutes, it’s super simple and who doesn’t like simple?
The ingredients:
1/2 Cup Hazelnuts
3/4 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Cashews
5 tbsp Cocoa powder
25 dates
2/3 cup water
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
